The company Huberhof informs pursuant to EU reg. 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) and in relation to personal and sensitive data of which it will have knowledge and possession, of the purposes and methods of processing of user data.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and national data protection legislation.
Use of the website implies acceptance of this privacy policy, otherwise we ask you not to continue using this website.
We would also like to inform you, that the links on our website have been carefully selected and checked by us. Since the sites linked to it may be subject to updates that occur without our knowledge and their contents may change continuously, we assume no responsibility for them.

3. Purpose of personal data processing:
To ensure the functionality of the website as well as for statistical purposes, technical data with potential personal reference, such as IP address, access time, domain name, and similar data are processed. In addition, the website operator has a legitimate interest (Art. 6f GDPR) in providing a visually appealing website and a pleasant user experience. With prior consent (Art. 6a GDPR), user profiling can also be created to pursue marketing purposes.
The main purpose of data processing is the provision of our website and its content, as well as the fulfillment of user requests.
Personal data are also processed to offer various services.

4. Legal basis of personal data processing:
Personal data will be processed in accordance with current regulations and, pursuant to Articles 6 and 7 GDPR, on the following legal bases: Personal data will be processed for the fulfillment of the assignment received from the data subject, for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party and in response to requests from the data subject, for the fulfillment of obligations under applicable law and for the protection of legitimate interests, as well as on the basis of the consent given by the data subject.

5. modality of data processing:
The processing of personal data is carried out through operations with or without electronic or otherwise automated tools, and consists of the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data.
The data processing is carried out both by the data controller and by the persons in charge and/or responsible for the processing. The latter will be entrusted with the data processing for the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point 3 and/or in cases where the assignment is required by the current legislation. The data controller has verified that the appointees and processors will process the data in accordance with the principles set forth in the GDPR.
The data may be communicated for the purposes mentioned in point 3 to natural or legal persons, including foreign ones, and in any case to all those subjects to whom the communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of that purpose. Personal data are not, however, subject to dissemination.
More specifically, personal data will be processed in the following ways:

a. Contact:
If the data subject comes into contact with the company through the contact form on the website, through e-mail or social networks, personal data provided by the data subject are processed to respond to requests, i.e. for the provision of the service requested by the data subject. Personal data obtained in this way, may be stored in a "Customer relationship management" system, or similar system, to manage customer contact. Data subjects' requests are deleted when they are no longer needed to provide the requested services, except only when their retention is necessary for tax and accounting purposes.
b. Google Tag Manager:
Our website uses Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.Google Tag Manager simplifies the integration of tracking codes. In addition, it gives site operators the ability to make changes that are automatically applied to pages without having to adapt the source code. Google Tag Manager may communicate with Tag Manager servers, in the course of which, personal data may be processed when a tag is activated (e.g., IP address). c. Google Maps:
This website uses Google Maps API, a mapping service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), to display an interactive map and create driving directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, U S A.
By using Google Maps, we cannot exclude the possibility that information about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. Google may transfer the information obtained through Maps to third parties if this is required by law or if such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
In principle, it would be technically possible for Google to identify individual users on the basis of the data received. It is possible that personal data and personality profiles of website users may be processed by Google for other purposes over which we do not and cannot have any influence. There is a possibility to disable the Google Maps service and thus prevent the transfer of data to Google by disabling JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our site.

d. YouTube:
We use social plugins from YouTube, a site operated by Google. The operator of this site is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, U S A.When you visit a page with a YouTube plugin, a connection is established to YouTube's servers. In this way the YouTube server is informed that the user has visited our site and statistics about the user can be compiled, e.g. via cookies.

f. Reporting data for certification:
To obtain the SSL certificate, personal data will be disclosed to the appropriate registers. Only strictly necessary personal data will be communicated. The person concerned gives his or her consent that the data necessary for certification will be automatically transmitted to the appropriate registries.
g. Cookies:
This website uses session cookies, that is, cookies that are not stored persistently on the user's computer and vanish when the browser is closed; they are therefore, strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers. The cookies used by this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially prejudicial to confidentiality, and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification or profiling data.

The length of retention is measured according to statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us.

7. References to data subjects' rights
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist; if so, he or she has the right of access to the personal data (Art. 15 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to demand that the data controller immediately correct inaccurate personal data concerning him or her and, if necessary, complete incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to demand the immediate deletion of personal data concerning him or her, if one of the grounds referred to in Article 17 GDPR applies, for example, if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes pursued (right to erasure).
The data subject has the right to require the controller to restrict processing if one of the conditions referred to in Article 18 GDPR is met, for example, if the data subject has objected to the processing.
The data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format personal data concerning him or her that have been provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to whom he or she has provided them for example if the processing is based on the data subject's consent and the processing is carried out by automated means (right to data portability Art. 20 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her on grounds relating to his or her particular situation. The data controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the data controller can demonstrate compelling grounds for processing that outweigh the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or that the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend a legal claim (Art. 21 GDPR).
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a data subject who considers that the processing concerning him or her is in breach of this Regulation has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), namely in the Member State where he or she normally resides, works, or of the place where the alleged breach occurred. In Italy, the competent supervisory authority is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
