Recreation on the Alpine Pasture

In the spring, we ceremonially herd our animals to the farm's own Alpine pasture, where they enjoy the delicious Alpine herbs for about 120 days in the year. The flavour of these herbs is also in the superb milk that we process into Tyrolean grey cheese and butter when time permits. When the winter spreads its snow-white coat across the valley, the Alpine hut, which is about four kilometres away from the farm, can be used by our house guests as a place to stay.
