Our eggs from happy hens, delicious farmhouse bread, fresh hay milk, yoghurt and many other high-quality foods are served farm fresh to you. Every culinary delight is richly imbued with local flavour, tradition and creativity. For the perfect start to a holiday morning, we have put together a breakfast box with bread, fresh hay milk, tea, coffee or cocoa, butter, two kinds of jams, Nutella, eggs, yoghurt, muesli, orange juice and your choice of bacon, cheese, sausage or fruit.

Einen Teil unserer Tiere treiben wir im Frühjahr feierlich auf die hofeigene Alm, wo sie rund 120 Tage im Jahr die feinen Alpenkräuter genießen. Das schmeckt man auch in der hervorragenden Milch, die wir, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, zu Graukäse und Butter weiterverarbeiten. Wenn der Winter seinen schneeweißen Mantel über das Tal ausbreitet kann die Alm, die etwa vier Kilometer vom Hof entfernt liegt, von unseren Hausgästen als Platz zum Verweilen genutzt werden.
