Good to know
For each of our apartments, there is a parking space in the garage with an interior staircase. Skis can be stored in the basement, which also has laundry facilities. Furthermore, a recreation room is available with TV, a large table and sofa, a play area and a shared terrace with barbecue facilities. You are welcome to share use of our herb garden.
As much as we love animals, please do not bring your pets.
Check in with us from 2 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays. On the day of your departure, please leave your apartment no later than 9 a.m. Apartment bookings are only valid after a approx. 30% down payment of the total price.
Upon arrival you will receive the HOLIDAYPASS. This guest card entitles you to unlimited use of the ski buses in Val Pusteria (including Val Badia), as well as all public transport (including the regional railway) throughout South Tyrol. The HOLIDAYPASS is available in the holiday resorts of Bruneck and surroundings, St. Vigil, Olang, Gsieser Tal-Welsberg-Taisten, Antholzertal and Kiens.

Need to change your holiday plans? No problem! Only the deposit is deducted up to 30 days before your arrival. Please understand that in the event of a last-minute cancellation two or fewer days before arrival and an early departure, the full amount will be invoiced. With travel cancellation insurance, you can avoid inconveniences right from the start.

From Monday to Saturday we deliver bread and croissants fresh from the bakery to order.
On Sunday we bake fresh bread and croissants for you.
